No one gets through life unscathed. I know from working as a therapist for 28 years and my personal experience that being a human can be both painful and challenging. 

I look forward to having the opportunity to bring healing and a new perspective to your life. While we cannot change the difficult circumstances of your past, we can develop meaningful ways to navigate your present life circumstances and approach your future, so that you can find happiness, fulfillment, and hope. 

I am an emotionally focused counselor with an office located in the Avon & Farmington Valley region of Connecticut. I also offer telehealth counseling to those residing in any of the 38 participating Psypact states. If you are out of state, I can inform you if your state participates. I am invested in assisting you with improving your relationships with your peers, your loved ones, and yourself. If you continue to find yourself in cycles of strain or conflict, or if you are simply looking for a new direction in your life, I will work with you to understand and create your goals—and together, we can achieve them.

Licensed psychologist in the state of Connecticut (PSY 002901), Master's in Counseling Psychology in 1995, and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2005.
